Abstract

Biorthogonal wavelet filters spectrum by discrete hyper-wavelet transforms spectrum can not infinitely a open interval. A interval estimation is found out, any biorthogo- nal wavelet family can not infinitely close to the orthogonal wavelet correspondingly and the smaller the spectral radius is, the better the performance is.
