30 Gases of Chronic Nephritis Treated by Integrated Chinese and Western Medicine

Objective:To investigate the treatment of nephritis Ⅱ,the clinical effect of chronic nephritis,explore traditional Chinese medicine treatment of chronic nephritis,as well as the role of traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment of the disease combining the advantages and feasibility. Methods:This study used single-blind randomized controlled,selected 60 cases in Shaanxi Branch Medical College Hospital nephropathy patients with chronic nephritis dialectical for Qiyinliangxu Syndrome patients with glomerulonephritis Ⅱ,for the treatment of the group to enalapril in the control group. Observation of the two groups of patients before and after treatment of Chinese medicine symptom score,24-hour urine protein quantitation,blood,urine,fecal occult blood conventional increases,renal,liver function,electrolytes,and ECG. Results:The two groups were statistically treatment efficacy,the difference was statistically significant( P 0. 01). Indicators show that the observations:nephritis Ⅱ can significantly reduce urinary protein,can improve the symptoms of chronic nephritis enhance immunity,reduce the number of colds,the long-term effect than the simple treatment group ( P 0. 01,P 0. 05) ,the effect of long-term use can be consolidated,in the course of treatment have not found any adverse reaction. Conclusion:nephritisⅡ can improve the symptoms of chronic nephritis; reduce urinary protein laboratory indicators; taking the prescription drug-free during the reaction,easy to receive long-term patients.
