Discussion of Administrative Work of Higher College Full-time Adult Students

With the reformand the development of the adult education of higher college in our country,the administrative work of higher college adult education full-time students confront with new chances and challenges.After analyzing the student's peculiarities,this article studied the student's administrative work based on different aspects,such as,to change the traditional administrative form,to strengthen college student's management rule,to strengthen student's work team,to set up their quality and service consciousness.
