Abstract
Dissipative structure theory has not only been used widely in social science but also shows the unity between natural science and social science on higher level.According to dissipative structure theories,the modern enterprise is also a kind of dissipative structures whose information,energies, and substance are exchanged with environment.Thus,in order to set up an effective mechanism of employment,its views must be guided by dissipative structure.
