Abstract
A new type of ship-borne infrared decoy may defend the Infrared imaging Guided Missile. The centroid jamming mechanism of infrared decoy against infrared imaging guided missiles is analyzed. An infrared decoy missile counter measure model including the motion models of the warship, the missile, the infrared decoy and the centroid has been founded. The impact of the different quantity of the infrared decoy to the distance between the warship and the centroid has been analyzed with an example;the jamming effectiveness of the different quantity of the infrared decoy against infrared imaging guided missile has been studied.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
