Abstract
Facing on the chance and challenge of new situation，the initiativeness of the work of ideology and politics must be strengthened. Some problems such as posteriority，simplification，an attitude of drift and wait and etc. still exist on the aspect of initiativeness of the work of ideology and politics. For furthering and improving the work of ideology and politics，we must renew our ideas further，and pay more attention on the initiativeness.
