Abstract
This paper analyzes comparatively the movements quality of the first routine of the top 6 female elite trampolinists in 23rd World Trampoline Championship and Chinese Trampoline Championship in 2004 by using the methods of documentation, video and statistics. The result shows that the movement height of the Chinese athletes is big,and the consistency of the whole routine height is much better. But there are some demerits on horizontal displacements and poise, etc. This paper draws a comparison on data about horizontal displacements, opening of the somersault, bending of the coxa and knees, station of arms, thus tries to find the difference between Chinese and oversea athletes and offer the theoretical foundation for Chinese athletes' effective training.
