Abstract
The paper summarized the progress on Phytophthora capsici physiological differentiation in squash,including the traditional technology of host identification and the application of molecular marker technique.It also analyzed the main research direction and prospect of Phytophthora capsici and established the theory and the application foundation for the next squash anti-Phytophthora capsici breeding research.
