Nursing care of posterior cranial fossa tumors during operation in children

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the main points of intra-operative nursing of posterior cranial fossa tumors in children.Methods:The clinical features in 34 sick children with posterior cranial fossa tumor were analysed retrospectively,entirety care program was utilized,nursing care plan was instituted and effectually enforced.Results:The microscopic tumorectomy was enfored in all 34 cases by prone position and successfully spent the period of operation,without complication.Conclusion:It is beneficial for postoperative recovery in sick children with posterior cranial fossa tumor by close observation,efficacious guard and preventing the occurrence of complication.
