Abstract
Objective To comparatively analyze the therapeutic effects of different terminative methods on the atrioventricular reentrant tachycardia. Methods 210 cases of atrioventricular reentrant tachycardia were divided into three groups, and each group was treated by propafenone, TEAP and propafenone+TEAP, respectively. Results The successful rates of conversion were 82.8%、95.7%、100% in Group propafenone, Group TEAP and Group propafenone+TEAP, respectively. The rate of Group propafenone+TEAP was higher than those of the other two groups(\%P\%0.01). Conclusion The co\|treatment of propafenone +TEAP(15~20v) is more effective and safe for the atrioventricular reentrant tachycardia than treatment with propafenone or TEAP isolatedly.
