Abstract

For governmental agencies,administrative personnel, scientists and the public to further understand the global Argo observing system construction and its application results,we introduce the Argo constructing proceedings,the Argo data application status,and its bright future,according to the Brochure named: Argo,an Array of Profiling Floats Observing the Ocean in Real-time.
