Furazolidone-included Therapy in Eradication of Helicobacter Pylori:Observation of Curative Effects

OBJECTIVE:To observe the effects of furazolidone-included therapy in eradication of Helicobacter pylori.METHODS:182 patients with helicobacter pylori were randomly divided into three groups:64 cases in group A were treated with rabeprazole amoxicillin furazolidone;61 cases in group B with rabeprazole amoxicillin clarithromycin;57 cases in group C with rabeprazole bismuth potassium citrate amoxicillin furazolidone.The course of treatment was 1 week for three groups.One month after treatment,the eradication rate of helicobacter pylori in 3 groups were evaluated.RESULTS:The eradication rates of helicobacter pylori in A,B and C groups were 90.62%,91.80% and 92.98%,respectively,showing no significant differences among the three groups(P0.05).CONCLUSION:The furazolidone-included therapy is cheap while effective in helicobacter pylori eradication.
