The Development Track of Chinese Constitutions in Modern Times

Abstract
As is well known,constitution is a complete import to China.From the first constitutional document in Chinese history Imperial Constitutional Outline issued by Qing government to Constitution of Republic of China made by Nanjing National Government in 1946,constitutions changed frequently with the alteration of governments during decades.These constitutions more or less conformed to China's realities at that times;meanwhile,the alternation of constitutions reflected some inexorable law of the development of constitutionalism in China.
