Abstract

Reinsurance in China is still in the primary stage. There are many problems: for example, lack of underwriting capacity, low level in technology and service, unfamiliarity with voluntary reinsurance. However, with the opening of China's reinsurance market ,compulsory reinsurance will not exist. How to develop reinsurance of china in a short time is a big chanllege. I think the key is to solve the contradiction between supply and demand.
