Abstract
Aim To investigate the significance of levels of β2-microglobulin and neuron-specific enolase in cerebrospinal fluid in central nervous system leukemia patients. Methods The levels of β2-microglobulin and neuronspecific enolase in cerebrospinal fluid from 72 cases were detected and analyzed.Result The concentrations of β2 microglobulin and neuron-specific enolase in central nervous system leukemia patients were significantly higher than the acute leukemia group and the control group(P0.01).Conclusion The detection of β2-microglobulin and neuronspecific enolase in cerebrospinal fluid is useful in diagnosis of central nervous system leukemia.
