Abstract

Objective:To study the stability of diclofenac sodium sustained-release suppository in different conditions.Methods:According to the relevant guidelines of the Chinese Pharmacopoeia,the stress condition testing was conducted to investigate the changes in appearance,content,softening time and related substances.Results:The diclofenac sodium suppository was unstable under light and heat.Conclusion:The preparation should be stored in cool place and protected from strong light and air.The period of validity is 1.5 years for the time being.
