The clinical investigation of Anisodamine combined with Smecta in the treatment of 36 infant patients with viral enteritis

Objective: To observe the curative effect and safety of Anisodamine combined with Semecta in the treatment of infant viral enteristis.Methods: Treatment group was administered with Anisodamine by intravenous injection and Smecta was taken at the same time,contrast group was only administered with Smecta,and then compared the curative effects of the two groups about.Results: Treatment group and contrast group showed a significant difference in total effective rate and efficiency rate(χ2=4.859,P0.05;χ2=9.539,P0.05).In the treatment group,impermanent side action appeared in some patients.Conclusion: The Anisodamine combined with Smecta is an efficient method in treating infant viral enteritis.The effect on stopping diarrhea is better than that with the simple Smecta and has no serious side action.
