Abstract
From roots, stems and leaves,619 endophytic fungi were isolated and 12 genera were identified.Alternaria and Chaetomium were dominant species, occupying 24.56% and 18.74% of total isolated strains respectively.Endophytic fungi isolated from different tissues varied in species and quantity.Fusarium was major in roots which occupied 28.32%;Alternaria was major in lea-ves and stems which occupied 31.02% and 28.88%.This indicated that the distribution of endophytic fungi was tissue specificity.
