Abstract
Research on teacher leadership in the past decade has shifted its focus from the clarification of concept to the dynamics of teacher leadership construction.Current research has nurtured a rich understanding of multiple situational factors in the construction of teacher leadership.However,we know much about the interaction between these factors and the participants in the process of teacher leadership construction.Future research should focus more on the holistic understanding of the interaction among teacher leaders,followers and the situation within which they work.Continual efforts in discerning common patterns of teacher leadership should improve practice in teacher leadership.
