Abstract

Purpose and method Acupoint injection and electroacupuncture were combined to treat 40 insomnia cases. A medication group of 40 cases was established for comparison.Results The effective rate was 97.5% in the treatment group and 77.5% in the medication group. A χ 2 text showed a significant difference between the two groups ( P 0.01 ).Conclusion The combination of acupoint injection and electroacupuncture has a better effect on insomnia than medication.
