Abstract
Through analysis on the present situation of the utilization of network information resources, this paper expounds the significance of the techniques of information process, information storage and information retrieval on the development and utilization of network information resources and the co- building and sharing of information resources, and probes into some relevant problems in construction of network literature resources of university library.
