Abstract

The district geology research thinks that the Carboniferous of Qaidam basin distributes in the East of Qaidam basin mostly.It is one of the stratums which are lower degree of exploration and research in the Qaidam basin.By finely interpreting the two dimension seismic profile,the research of unifying stratum and plane distribution laws of Carboniferous was developed.On the base of it,combining the information of wells,outcrops and analysis assay,holistic evaluating the hydrocarbon potential on Carboniferous,indicating the advantage hydrocarbon depression,providing the theory foundation for next exploration of Carboniferous new stratum.
