Case Control Study on Family Factors in Children with Simple Obesity

Abstract

Objective To investigate the effect of family factory on children with simple obesity.Methods Case control study was used in 140 children aged 0-6 by 1∶1 matched.Results Parents' weight correlated with their children.BMI of mothers had significantly positive effect on children's OI.Conclusion Child obesity was related to living pattern,eating behaviours and their parents' knowledge of obesity.
