Abstract
Based on the theory of supply chain management,a model for distributing profit based on consulting pricing consultation is set up,which points to the partnerships between manufacturer and retailer in a supply chain.According to the main factors affecting the demand, the numerical value of the profit-allotting coefficient between manufacturer and retailer is decided, then the repetitive game results of the two partners under different conditions are discussed, and the feasibility of the long-term cooperation in a supply chain to realize the two-win objective is illustrated. The conclusion is that it is best for the long-term both manufacturer and retailer to insist on cooperation for their long_term benefis.
