Design and Realization of Servo Indexing Device

An indexing system based on digital signal processor is introduced,control scheme with servo motor and servo driver and control system was adopted,and full closed loop AC servo drive technology was adopted.Servo control card that can control a number of indexers was designed.DSP and CPLD architecture was adopted.The method of using servo drive was introduced.And the hardware and software of the system was introduced.Man-machine interface was written with VC interface to control the system and analysis the experimental data.The indexing system was tested in practical system,and it showed that the index requirements such as high precision,high speed of the indexing motion are realized.
