Abstract

Based on the definition for the connotation of civil society,it analyzed the present condition of the lagging development of civil society in our country,pointed out that there existed striking problems only in the quantity of relevant social organizations standing for the people's interests,but also in their quality of exercising social functions,considered that the lagging development of civil society led to the dissimilation of no-profit-seeking sports social organizations,the concrete expression of which were: the dissimilation of this kind of sports organizations' no-profit-seeking characteristics and their impulse to make money was getting stronger day by day,the dissimilation of the present no-profit-seeking sports organizations' attribute of looking like government's but not and of belonging to people but not,their functional dissimilation and the loss of their public nature as well as the dissimilation in their participation,and looked forward the future development of no-profit-seeking sports organizations in our country.
