Abstract
The characteristic of image processing procedure based on multi-task DSP/BIOS Kernel is introduced in detail.Using embedded platform TMS320DM642 EVM as general-purpose real-time image processing hardware and taking roll bearing inspection algorithm as example,the good performance can be obtained in image processing application by virtue of the DSP/BIOS multi-threading mechanism.Practical application indicates that building program by DSP/BIOS Kernel can reduce the time of development,improve the efficiency of the image processing application program.
