Abstract

Objective To observe the nursing effect of care management intervention on patients with intravenous infusion in outpatient and emergency.Methods 160 cases were randomly divided into observation group and control group,80 cases of each.The control group was given traditional nursing,while the observation group based on the control group was given care management intervention.The efficacy of 2 groups was observed.Results The successful rate for the first venipuncture of the observation group was 95.0% higher than 90.6% of the control group;The satisfaction score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group.All the differences were statistically significant (P0.05).Conclusion Reasonable care management intervention can help improve the nursing effect on patients with intravenous infusion in outpatient and emergency,and it can also improve the satisfaction of patients.
