Abstract
The survey of trace selenium in continental water by hydride generation atomic fluorescence spectrometry, the interferences of coexisting elements and test conditions have been studied. The interferences of coexisting ions such as Fe3+,Pb2+,Mn2+,Cu2+,Ca2+,Na+,K+,Mg2+(Five hundred milligrams per liter) did not interfere with the survey of selenium.Under optimal conditions, the detection limits for selenium was surveyed to be 0.23 ng/mL and the precisions for twelve replicate determinations was surveyed to be 1.11%(R.S.D.).The proposed method was successfully applied to the survey of selenium in continental water of Wuhan.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
