On School of "Tie Xue" in Early Qing Dynasty

Abstract

There are various reasons for Tie Xue (the copy of handwritings) to be prosperous and become monopolized in the early Qing Dynasty. Our research on calligraphy of the Qing Dynasty should not only focus on Bet Xue (a rubbing from a stone instriptions) of the late Qing Dynasty but also should pay attention to the achievement in the school of Tie Xue in the early Qing Dynasty.
