Abstract
Objective:To observe clinical therapeutic effect of xiaofansan on choleithiasis.Methods:60 cases of choleithiasis were divided into treatment and control groups in accordance with code number.60 cases in treatment group were administered modified xiaofansan in light of differentiation of syndromes. The cases in control group were administered ursodeoxycholic acid. The cases of both groups were treated for totally 3 courses, 30d in each course. Results:Of 60 cases in treatment group, 4 cases(6.7%)were cured, 12 cases(21.7%)markedly effective, 36 cases(60%)effective and 7 cases(11.5%)failed.The total effective rate was 88.4%.Of 30 cases in control group, 2 cases(6.7%)were effective and 28 cases(93.3%)failed.The total effective rate was 6.7%.Conclusion:Modified xiaofansan presents significantly therapeutic effects without apparent toxic side response. It is worth to be promoted in clinic.
