Abstract
This paper elaborates on the definition and the role of interest in sports,analyzes the physiological and psychological characteristics of post-90s students,and explores the effective ways of cultivating post-90s higher vocational college students' interest in sports,with a view to arousing the enthusiasm of post-90s students taking P.E.classes in higher vocational colleges adequately,enhancing the teaching quality of P.E.classes,developing the students' comprehensive quality,and cultivating their lifelong consciousness of physical exercises.
