Abstract

Objective To develop a method to detect respiratory virus and its subtypies by DNA microarray directly. Methods A series of respiratory virus associated oligonucleotides were synthesized and prepared the DNA microarray.Influenza virus sample in cultured cells was treated for reverse transcription, amplification, fluorescent dye labelling, hybridization and scanning. Results Influenza virus subtypies were detected correctly. Conclusion Influenza A_1 and B in the cell culture can be detected correctly by DNA microarray.
