Abstract

The 18th National Congress of the CPC has presented that building a and innovation-oriented Marxist ruling party and ensuring that the party has become the strong core of leadership in the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics.This is a long-term task and also a systematic program.It is discussed how to build a learning,service-oriented and innovation-orientedparty.
