With the popular of risk society theory,more and more people realize that criminal law should transfer from traditional guilty one to security one.Under the background of that criminal law need satisfy the social need of security and stability which people are thirsty,danger crime theory questions in the criminal law get more concerns.About the knowledge of danger crime,there are contro-versies at the aspect of character,sort,pause shape and the relationship between criminal charge and danger crime.Danger crime is a kind of action type which is independent of conduct crime and result crime,and coexists with them.The pause shape of danger crime should be discussed from the specific situation of specific danger crime or abstract danger crime.
