Abstract
Compared with rye grasses(Nui),the mainly spread species in Guizhou province, two kinds of forage grasses with fine drought resistance selected and bred in Guizhou Institute of Prataculture were identified by means of biological identification method. The results showed that under unfavourable condition of drought, the plants lost moisture due to soil drying, which made protein composition decreased and discomposition increased, and pressed chlorophyll formation, therefore their contents were reduced greatly, even exhausted. The order of drought resistance for three kinds of forage grasses was:festuca arundinacea.QiancaoNO.1 Festuca arundinacea.QiancaoNO.2 Lolium Linn.Nui.
