Difficulties of New Rural Health Service and Solutions under Social Governance——An Empirical Analysis of Jilin Province

Rural environmental sanitation and medical services are not only important contents of the construction of new socialist countryside but also the new requirements to social management work in the new era.Jilin Province has taken an array of measures in rural health work and achieved some effects.However,there still exist some problems such as sluggishness in environmental sanitation,relative backwardness of medical conditions,defect in rural health work system and mechanism and poor health habits and health conditions of villagers.Due to the above,based on the real conditions of Jilin Province and new features of its rural health work,this paper mainly adopted social governance theory to improve the rural health system in this province from the following perspectives as improving rural health service policy and relevant regulations,coordinating health work and rural governance,converting rural health institutions' functions and enhancing awareness of health and health education.All of the above are of great significance to improving the awareness of health service and speeding up the construction of new socialist countryside in Jilin Province.
