Study on the Relationship between the high-performance building and the eco-city development

The buildings are the major elements of cities, and the ecological, environmental and sustainable effects of buildings relate directly to the quality of eco-city. As a representative of modern eco-building concept and technology- high-performance building——with it’s outstanding eco-benefits, has been popularized rapidly in developed countries. China is now at crucial stage of transformation to enhance human environment systemically and to improve ecological city. The development of the high-performance building will accelerate the development of eco-city , and will be an important measure to implement scientific development policy.
