Comparison of lysozyme content in different tissues of Amur sturgeon Acipenser schrencki Brandt and the starlet Acipenser ruthenus Linnaeus

Abstract
Lysozyme content in serum and tissues of Amur sturgeon Acipenser schrencki Brandt are compared with that of the sterlet Acipenser ruthenus Linnaeus.Although they are in the same genus and family,the distribution of lysozyme in tissue of the two fish are varied and in some tissues,lysozyme levels of the two fish are significantly different.
