Abstract
A simple definition of ecological engineering isto use ecological processes within natural or constructed imitations of natural systems to achieve ecological goals.Compared to environmental engineering,it is more in line with the requirements of sustainable development.Therefore,there is an increasing concern about ecological engineering technologies in water pollution control.This paper mainly introduced some ecological wastewater treatment technologies and their engineering use,which include land-treatment、earthworm-microbial ecology filter and ecological floating bed.
