Abstract
The effect of salicylic acid and glucose on seed germination of corn under 250 mmol/L NaCl salt stress was studied.The results showed that different concentrations of salicylic acid and glucose could increase the germination percentage,germination index,vigor index of corn seeds under salt stress;and the optimal concentration of the two agent was 0.15 g/L.
