Abstract
The Wei,the Jin,and the Southern and Northern Dynasties saw the zenith of education in Hebei.During this period,many schools of thought came into existence,a lot of famous scholars were cultivated,and great achivements were made in Confucianism,philosophy,religion,history,art and literature,science and technology,which was the outcome of the blending of Han culture and the culture of national minorities.
