With the increasing demand for energy,substantial use of fossil fuels has led to an increasingly significant global warming.Climate change and energy security have become a tremendous challenge facing the UK energy policy.This paper,through the analysis of Energy White Paper 2003 and 2007 in UK,interprets the UK energy policy planning and strategic measures and the characteristics and development trend in energy policy changes.
