Abstract
Sustainable agriculture, the world-wide agricultural development strategy first raised by the developed countries in the mid1980s, is the important forward problem in the field of world agriculture and sustainable development today. Based on me development trend of world sustainable agriculture, this article explains the restraint conditions of sustainable agriculture in China and points out that modern intensive sustainable agriculture is the only way of China's sustainable agricultural development in the 21st century.
