Abstract
[Objective]To probe the curative effect of Ca~(2+) on different types of irritable bowel syndrome of Ca~(2+) antagonist.[Methods]To select patients of excerpt diarrhea irritable bowel syndrome and constipation irritable bowel syndrome and divide them into two group:one is called treatment group and other is called comparison group. Then we do the statistied analysis of the treatment effect between the two groups.[Results]Ca~(2+) antagonist has obvious effect on the diarrhea irritable bowel syndrome abdominal pain and abdominal upset, but insignificant effect on constipation irritable bowel syndrome abdominal pain.[Conclusion]Ca~(2+ ) antagonist has different treatment effect on various types of irritable bowel syndrome.
