Abstract

In this paper, the B→π transitions form factor was calculated in improved light-cone QCD sum rules and compared with standard light-cone QCD sum rules. They are basically consistent with each other, but the uncertainties are eleiminated about twist-3 wave function in improved light-cone QCD sum rules, so we can extract the CKM matrix element |V_ ub | precisely.
