Abstract
The informal organization is a loose group without formal regulate relate to the enterprises formal organiztion.The informal organization is formed spontaneously by the employees to meet the needs of the community,it was born within business organizations,and have exerted an important influence on the enterprises organization.It is of great significance to strengthening the political and ideological work of the staff for strengthening the management of the informal organization.
