Abstract
This paper analyzes the characteristics of problems and how to solve them, in particular, the theories to settle mathematics problems. Solving problems is one of the important aims in mathematics education, a process to discover, to probe and to innovate, and a basic skill, which is a combination of raising questions, constructing mathematics modes, finding solutions and checking answers.
