Abstract

This paper briefly expounds the meaning of the innovation of enterprise, analyzes on the present situation of the management innovation of our country's enterprises, and discusses on the features of the system innovation, the core of the management innovation of enterprise, and the problems needing attention in the system and management innovation of enterprise, and points out that the conception innovation is the spirit of the management innovation of enterprise, and only the conception innovation can make enterprise maintain continuous activity in the management innovation.
