Control of the 2nd Dendrolimus punctatus by Bacillus thuringiensis(Bt) Powder

Abstract

Experiments of controlling of the 2nd Dendrolimus punctatus by Bt powder were conducted.The results show that the treatments of best effectiveness are 1 000g·667m-2 and 1 500g·667m-2,and reach 92.3% and 94.3% respectively.Considering the cost,the dosage of 1 000g·667m-2 should be used,diluting 3 times with Lime #250 or talcum powder.
